Welcome to the University of Planet Earth
As spirit we come to this planet to learn and play. To participate we need a body, so we design one specifically for the set of experiences we came to learn about (our agenda). We create the agreements to bring forth the body with our parents and our born-to family. Within the family agreement will be some of the elements of our agenda.
We learn, play and create our lives by the choices we make during our lifetime on the planet. As we gather experiences (memories) we store and process them in the spiritual body that resides within our physical body (chakras). When our learning is complete, we remove the memories and put them in long term storage (akashic records). We then complete our "graduation" by letting go of the body. In between bodies we rest and consider what we would like to learn about next.
Using the Meditation Space for Learning and Healing
When we meditate and slow ourselves down enough, we enter the quiet of spirit. In the quiet, time and distance have no meaning and we become the observer of ourselves. This is where we review and change (heal) our spiritual information. It is also where we work with the spirits that help us with our learning and healing. The Holy Spirit (Spirit of Truth), Jesus, Mother Mary, Mary Magdalene, the Archangel Michael and many others are available to us. All we need to do is ask and receive - there is no effort in the quiet.
Using the meditation space on a weekly basis allows our bodies time to rest and adjust between our healing experiences. Spirit creates change in the moment, but it takes time to have a body. Sometimes the steps we take are pretty big and we enter a growth period. When this happens we can help our bodies with movement (walking, swimming, Tai Chi) and extra rest. As we move the body we help it release information and energy stored in and between the muscles and enable it to restore itself.
When we release old energy from the body, we create space within the body. It is important to fill this space back in with new energy that will nurture us. If we do not deliberately fill-in, then the body will fill-in with an energy similar to that which was released. This is like taking 3 steps forward and 2 back. Filling-in helps us reset, restore and nurture the body.
Using Zoom for Meditation
Zoom Meeting is used for individual or small group sessions. You will be visible to the host and to those in the meeting. Your mic will be muted when you are admitted from the waiting room into the meeting. It is important to keep your mic muted when meditating. After meditation you can unmute for questions or sharing. Remember to be nice to your neighbors and give everyone a chance to participate.
Zoom Webinar is used for teaching the meditation class. You will be able to see the host but not the other participants. You will not be able to carry on a conversation with others when you enter, so please put your focus within for the meditation. There will be time after the meditation to answer questions and for sharing. You can click on the "raise your hand" button at the bottom of the screen then, and the host will open your mic for you.
Recording
All Meetings and Webinars are recorded and remain the property of Spiritual Leadership. They are not to be copied or reproduced in any form without written consent.
